How we work
Every project starts with a conversation about what you need, which is sometimes less than you came in asking for. If so, we will say.
Then you get the PoPIt Preview: one fixed price for your first year and a first look at your home page, before you commit to anything. Once you accept it, the site goes live six to eight weeks later, with 12 months of SEO, hosting and support included, and you only pay when you're happy with what you've seen.
The sites we build are made to open in under a second on a phone. Everything we make is yours, including the code and the domain. After the first year we help you move the hosting to your own account, or keep looking after it if you prefer.
Our team is small, and everyone on it owns part of PoPIt. When you get in touch, you deal with the person working on your project from the first email to launch day. More on who you'll work with.

When we build your website
The PoPIt Preview, free with your quote
Before you commit to anything, you see a first look at your home page, the pages we would build and a quick look at three local competitors. It costs you nothing.
Live 6 to 8 weeks after you say yes
The launch date goes in writing the day you accept your Preview, with design sign-off counted in. It holds as long as your words and feedback reach us on the dates we agree.
One price covers your first year
The build, then 12 months of SEO, support and standard hosting on Amazon Web Services (AWS), with no separate bills. If anything goes wrong in that year, we fix it. Shopify shops are hosted by Shopify.
You only pay when you're happy
The Preview is free. After that, every payment follows a yes from you, and the last one is only due when you're happy with the finished site and it goes live.
The price, up front
Our prices are on this site and the calculator gives you a figure now. There is no quote for a quote.
No lock-in
The site is yours. After the first year, we help you move it into an AWS account in your name, or keep looking after it.

How big are you?
Small, and on purpose. Everyone on the team owns part of PoPIt, so we all have a stake in your site doing well. You always speak to the person doing the work.
How long have you been going?
We started in 2026, so we are new. That is part of why we publish our prices, put launch dates in writing and hand over full ownership at the end.
What do you not do?
We do not build apps or make television adverts. We also turn down SEO work when we cannot see a realistic way to get results.
