The groundwork goes in before launch: page titles, descriptions, structured data, your sitemap, your Google Business Profile and pages for the searches that matter. Every site except a Shopify shop gets standard hosting on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and we look after it. Standard hosting covers the website itself, and email accounts aren't part of it. If your site needs more, a busy online shop for example, your quote shows the price before you sign. A Shopify shop runs on Shopify's own hosting, on a plan you pay Shopify for. From month 13 you can move to your own AWS account with our help and pay AWS direct, or stay with us from £45 a month.
If something on your site breaks or stops working in the 12 months after launch, email us. We're on it, and we fix it at no extra cost. Small changes such as new opening hours are included too. New pages and new features are quoted up front, and faults in services run by other companies, such as your email provider, sit outside it.
On final payment, the design, the code, the words we wrote and your domain are yours. Fonts, stock photos and plugins stay under their suppliers' licences, and your quote lists what they cost.
Each one is listed in your quote or priced before any work starts, and nothing is added to an invoice after the event.
Handing your website to someone else takes money and trust, so here's every step from your first email to launch day. The 6 to 8 weeks starts the day you accept your PoPIt Preview and ends with your site live. Your launch date holds as long as your words and feedback reach us when the plan says, and if a bigger site or shop will take longer, your quote tells you.

We put your launch date in writing that day, 6 to 8 weeks away. You've seen what you're getting and said yes, so the first payment is due now: a third of the price, or half on a smaller project.

We design the rest of your pages from the Preview you accepted, and you sign them off. On a project paid in thirds, the second third is due at design sign-off. Then we build the site. Unless it's an online shop, that means plain static pages with no page builder underneath, designed for a phone first and built to open quickly on a weak signal. The SEO groundwork goes in as we build.
You go through the finished site on your own phone and computer and tell us what to change. When you're happy, it goes live on the date we wrote down and we tell Google it's there. The final payment is due on launch day. Your 12 months of SEO and support start that day, and so does your hosting on AWS unless you have a Shopify shop.
SEO work and a plain-English report every month, and fixes whenever something breaks. Before month 12 we ask what you'd like to happen next. Both options are set out further down, with their prices.
Our prices are below, in full. The calculator on our pricing page gives you an estimate for your site before you speak to anyone, and it doesn't ask for your email. Your quote then fixes the price for the scope we agree, so there's no quote for a quote.
Logo design from £1,200. Full brand identity with guidelines £2,500 to £4,000. Google Ads management from £350 a month. Social media management from £350 a month. Copywriting on its own from £350. Signage and vehicle graphics are quoted per job.
You only pay when you're happy with what you've seen. The quote and the Preview cost nothing. After that you pay a third when you accept the Preview, a third at design sign-off and the last third on launch, once you're happy with the finished site. Smaller projects are half when you accept the Preview and half on launch. Invoices are due within 14 days. We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is added, and the calculator figure is an estimate until your quote fixes it.

We check where you rank and what people nearby search for. Then we improve your existing pages for the searches worth having, keep your Google Business Profile up to date, fix anything technical that stops Google reading the site and help you ask your customers for reviews.
